And we could take a lot of picturesVerificada An unforgettable experience Long ago I had thought to know Lake Chungara, I knew it would be quite a challenge and take the Tour with Suma Inti, it was the best choice I could have made Freddy our Guide was very friendly and worried throughout the trip as long as it was an unforgettable experience. The trip started very early type 6:30 am the first stop was for breakfast, then we continued the assumption and exceeding 4000msnm we already began to appreciate the landscape of the highlands, the view in Lake Chungara unforgettable, on the return of the trip we made several stops one of them in Putre where we had lunch and met the village, we also stopped to thank the pachamama for the trip and that everything turned out very well. I know a lot of people may not dare take the altitude sickness tour, but if you follow Freddy's recommendations everything will be fine dare to know this wonder of the world. Went on the trip with my father, none of us speaks spanish, but the tour guide atleast translated for us the most important things! Well organized tour, even without understanding the fun facts its definitely worth a visit, breathtaking nature.Verificada A wonderful experience with Suma Inti A beautiful trip with a great Guide, a caller who knows the place a lifetime, speaks Aymara, sings in Aymara and enjoys making known the culture of his people. You are greeted promptly at the hotel and taken in a very clean and comfortable minibus. He worries that he won’t hurt your height with excellent ancient wisdom advice. You make all the stops on the tour. You start with a ceremony to Pachamama and Tata Inti on a hill. You have a typical breakfast with giant soups. Getting to the lake was an incomparable experience. We observe really special landscapes, many fauna and birds, flamingos, condors, Llamas, alpacas, Guanacos, taguas and Andean geese to other varieties. You can see the ururi salt flat, other lagoons and several volcanoes. Touring Parinacota and Lauca National Park is something worth picking up as an experience. Back several stops at viewpoints and a traditional lunch in Putre with alpaca meat, homemade soup and dessert. Finally, before taking you back to your hotel, you are presented with a diploma for living the experience completely. A real Andean adventure that exceeds all expectations.Excellent service, worth every weight is highly recommended.Verificada Visit Lake Chungará Excellent service, very punctual in the time of collection and arrival of the tour. Exquisite food and amazing scenery.The very friendly Guide, taught us a bit of Aymara culture (with song included), took us to tour different villages and stays during the journey to Lake Chungará both out and back. Our guide Oscar Barra did a great job taking care of the group and sharing his knowledge. The laguna Chungará and the Parinacota are really worth a visit. The only thing that was a little bit unfortunate was that we booked the tour through a different agency. The saleswomen confirmed that the guide could speak spanish and english, which was not the case. Luckily I speak some spanish and could translate the most important information to my partner.Verificada Great trip Oscar was great tour guide. He told us a lot of interesting facts and show us traditional rituals. What is more henis very helpful and carrying man. Thanks a lot!Verificada Best guide and most beautiful landscapes Our highlight was our guide Don Oscar, he did an amazing job to show us the best bits of Lauca Nationalpark. We had such a great time and learnt a lot. I can definitely recommend a private tour, it was absolutely worth it.Verificada Well organized, great guide! Did the lago chungara tour last 9abril2022 with Freddy Torrejon , and it was a great experience and very well organized.We were picked up on time, even got a phone call minutes before they arrived. Covid protocols followed. Our driver is also our tour guide and photographer- he was very passionate about his job so kudos to Freddy. He even sang a tune from the region the whole morning and afternoon to wake us up! He was funny and accommodating as we did not speak spanish very well and were the only foreigners on the trip.The breakfast and lunch options were ample and good (which is rare to find during a tour).. freddy was also very thoughtful of the guests especially for altitude sickness, when going down from 4,600+ meters.. he distributed plastic bags just in case! Indeed we felt the altitude.We arrived back at our hotel at the right hour even with some traffic. Highly recommend this company and Freddy as the guide!
